Icons - The Shrine 5x06  
I think I'm doing a bit better at icons. I made a few from The Shrine and thought I'd share. Not sure as to the spoiler factor, use my posting icon as a preview. I'll put the rest behind a cut. I haven't quite got the hang of the icon table yet, so these aren't numbered. Feedback would be appreciated and if you'd like to snag a few, just credit please.

Thank you! I think that's my artist's eye. I can see it all in my head, it's the execution I'm dodgy on - I'm still learning, but it's getting a bit easier.

I'm a bit obsessed with my Shrine caps. Shiny relationship - I like that. The one in the dark is where he's telling Keller, "he's mine." *g* Glad you liked. Still just futzing around, but I could easily become addicted to this.

Thanks, hon. I'm still just playing around, but I could easily become obsessed! Cropping is a holdover from art and photography in my younger days - this kind of brings all that back.

I love these--especially the posting icon, but I am not on my own PC at the moment. Will definitely be back in the future to snag one. I wish I knew how you guys did this sort of thing so well. My icons always turn out dark and grainy...;-)

Thank you! I just love all the touching. Feel free to come back. "You guys" I'm feeling my way through this - the blind leading myself. I've found the key is your source photo or cap. If you find a good source for HD caps, that helps immensely. I'm glad you like these.

These are lovely! I especially like the ones of John grabbing Rodney and John's smile.

PS: They don't have separate author/artist tags at [info]mckay_sheppard so just tag them with your author tag. It's what I do. ETA: They also have a tag for icons, only it's called "media: userpics".

*glomps* You really like 'em! Just think of what I could do if I actually knew what I was doing? Seriously, thanks, hon - this episode was particularly inspiring. I think the cropping eye comes from an interest in photography in my younger days!

Well, I'm glad you found your way. Feel free to snag and use. The Shrine is kind of my 'be all and end all' at the moment. I have a few more, just haven't posted them yet. The last one was one of my favorites, too. Glad you like it.
